By purchasing a vendor space for The 904 Pop Up, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
All vendor space purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstance. This includes but is not limited to vendor cancellations, schedule conflicts, inclement weather, personal emergencies, or business-related issues.
If a vendor wishes to cancel, they must provide written notice at least 7 days prior to the event date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of their space and payment without the option to transfer.
The 904 Pop Up operates as a Rain or Shine event. Vendors should plan accordingly, as inclement weather does not warrant a refund or reimbursement. Please bring walls for your tents in case of bad weather.
In the rare event that The 904 Pop Up organizers decide to postpone an event, vendors will have the option to transfer their payment to a future event of their choice within the same calendar year. Rescheduled events do not qualify for refunds.
By submitting payment and securing a vendor space, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
