VENDORS: ALL VENDORS PROVIDE THEIR OWN TENTS, TABLES, CHAIRS AND EXTENSION CORDS. BRANDED TENTS ARE PREFERRED. WHITE TENTS ARE RECOMMENDED. 

FOOD TRUCKS: PLEASE SEND PHOTOS OF YOUR FOOD TRUCK, MENU, CURRENT LICENSES, INSURANCE AND LINKS TO YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES. ALL FOOD TRUCKS MUST BE COMPLIANT WITH THE FLORIDA HEALTH DEPARTMENT. ALL FOOD TENTS MUST BE COMPLIANT UNDER THE FLORIDA COTTAGE FOOD LAWS. 

POWER OPTIONS FOR PREMIUM SPACES: ELECTRICTY PROVIDED FOR VENDORS IS 110V POWER ONLY! THIS IS FOR CHARGING CELL PHONES, SMALL FANS AND TABLETS. 

THE EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS. IF WE DECIDE TO POST PONE ANY EVENT DATE, VENDOR PAYMENTS ARE FORWARDED TO THE NEXT EVENT DATE OR ANY OF THE EVENT DATES OF THEIR CHOICE.

TRASH POLICY: ANY VENDORS THAT LEAVE TRASH IN OR AROUND THEIR SPACE WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE. HELP US KEEP THE PLAZAS CLEAN! 

VENDOR CANCELLATIONS: IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CANNOT MAKE THE EVENT DUE TO A PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCE, YOU MUST NOTIFY US 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. 

LOAD IN / LOAD OUT INFORMATION:

LOAD IN TIMES: 8 – 10AM. ALL TENTS MUST BE SET UP BY 10:30AM. UNLOADING IS NOT ALLOWED ON 1ST STREET DUE TO OUR FOOD TRUCKS ARRIVING EARLY. 

YOU CAN UNLOAD FROM 2ND ST, 1ST AVE N AND THE SNEAKERS PARKING LOT ONLY. 

LOAD OUT TIMES: 6:30PM – 7:30PM. NO TRASH CAN BE LEFT IN YOUR SPACE OR THE PLAZA. PARKING IS NOT FREE IN JAX BEACH. THERE ARE KIOSKS LOCATED IN THE SNEAKERS PARKING LOT. PARKING IS $12 FOR ALL DAY.

THERE IS NO DRIVING ON THE BOARDWALK OR PAVERS IN EACH PLAZA. LOOK AT YOUR VENDOR SITEMAP FOR REFERENCE. PARKING IN THE SNEAKERS PARKING LOT LOCATED DIRECTLY NEXT TO THE PLAZAS. BRINGING A PULL CART WILL BE THE EASIEST LOAD IN FOR ALL VENDORS. 

DO NOT PARK YOUR CARS ON 1ST AVE N. OR YOU WILL BE TOWED. VENDORS CANNOT UNLOAD OR PARK IN FRONT OF SURFER BAR.

NO TRASH CAN BE LEFT IN YOUR SPACE OR THE PLAZAS. USE THE TRASH CANS AROUND THE EVENT. IF YOU CANNOT FIND ONE, OUR DUMPSTER IS LOCATED BEHIND THE SEAWALK PAVILION. 

IF TRASH IS LEFT IN OR AROUND YOUR SPACE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE. 

 

904 POP UP VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS – NO REFUND POLICY 

By purchasing a vendor space for The 904 Pop Up, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refund Policy

All vendor space purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstance. This includes but is not limited to vendor cancellations, schedule conflicts, inclement weather, personal emergencies, or business-related issues.

2. Cancellation Policy

If a vendor wishes to cancel, they must provide written notice at least 7 days prior to the event date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of their space and payment without the option to transfer.

3. Rain or Shine Event

The 904 Pop Up operates as a Rain or Shine event. Vendors should plan accordingly, as inclement weather does not warrant a refund or reimbursement. Please bring walls for your tents in case of bad weather.

4. Event Postponement

In the rare event that The 904 Pop Up organizers decide to postpone an event, vendors will have the option to transfer their payment to a future event of their choice within the same calendar year. Rescheduled events do not qualify for refunds.

By submitting payment and securing a vendor space, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
